TOUR DESCRIPTION

Campania is a region with a very old tradition of wine. We have so many places and different wine production areas. Each of them offers different types of wine, such as Aglianico, Falanghina, Cilento DOC, Costa D’Amalfi DOC, Fiano, Greco di Tufo, Taurasi and many others. All of them are DOC (Denomination of Origin Controlled) and DOCG (Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed), and therefore conform to the specific production rules. Furore, Ravello and Tramonti are the main DOC wine areas.

We will visit one of the historical entities of the Amalfi Coast’s viticulture that is where the nectar of the gods is born. Very nice wines such as Tramonti Costa d’Amalfi DOC (Red, White and Rosè), Piedirosso, Colle Santa Marina, The reserve, A’ Scippata and The Grappa di Tramonti are made by them.
The tour takes around 2 hours and includes a centenary vineyard visit, the winery visit with description of the production process and wine and typical food tasting. A great experience that will bring you inside the Amalfitan lifestyle, in very close contact with locals for you to discover a very ancient tradition.
