The Cooking class on the Amalfi Coast is an opportunity to learn the secrets of the Mediterranean taste. Assisted by a local Chef, you will take the opportunity to cook and taste typical dishes surrounded by the amazing panorama of the Amalfi Coast.

TOUR DESCRIPTION

You will be assisted by a professional team who will guide you step by step during the preparation and you will also have a lunch with your cooked menu.
The experience will take place at a typical Italian farm “Agriturismo” near Vietri sul Mare. It is located on a panoramic spot on the sea. The private tour combines the great experience of our typical gastronomy with the amazing panorama of the Amalfi Coast resulting in an unforgettable moment for the mouth and the eyes.
Your cooking class will be assisted by a Gastronomic Chef (English speaker) and it will start by gathering the vegetables that grow in an organic garden. You will then use them for cooking.
The Next step is the homemade pasta. You can choose to make one kind of pasta between: the southern most popular gnocchi, cavatelli,ravioli or fusilli.
Then it is the time for dessert. You can make tiramisu, zeppole or other typical sweeties.
To refresh yourself you can also make an homemade lemonade.
When everything is ready you can take a seat on the panoramic terrace and taste your menu along with a good Italian wine.
Otherwise, if you stay in a furnished apartment on the Amalfi Coast, we will arrange the cooking class at your home. Our professional team with the local chef will come to your home with all the ingredients ready to start the class.
